LightsOutdoors Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, firstly contact us. You may return it to us, at your own expense, in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged, or defective, or the incorrect item has been sent.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

Damaged Item

If the item was damaged in transit then please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund.

Defective Item

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please contact us detailing the nature of the fault. 

Incorrect Item

If we sent you an incorrect item then please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a return.
